Kellys Candy is an Australian Company which has been manufacturing since 1987. We manufacture a range of low boil sugar based products as well as chocolate coating a number of products throughout the year. We also make a range of seasonal products for Christmas and Easter. A range of mainly bulk products are purchased for resale and packing. Kellys Candy is a HACCP certified manufacturer. Our products are sold through distributors as well as directly to the larger chain stores. We also have our own retail factory outlet.

Year round products (bulk and prepacked) include: Rocky Road (various flavours), Rainbow Jellies, Turkish Delight, Fudges, Toasted Mallows, Peanut Brittle, Coconut Ice, Sugar Peanuts. 
Choc coated products: Peanut Brittle, Turkish Delight, Licorice, Fudge, Rum Dates, Ginger and Honeycomb. Peanut Clusters and Coconut Roughs are also manufactured. 
Some contract manufacturing is also done.
Christmas lines include: Rum Balls, White Christmas, Rocky Road, cakes and platters.
Easter products include: Rocky Road (Eggs, Hearts and Bunnies), Mallow Bunnies, Hollow Choc Eggs/Bunnies in various flavours including marble.
