Strand Chocolates - Pure couverture chocolate (quality)includes Almond Splinters, Marzipan,Strawberry and Peppermint creams.
Panned chocolates - milk, dark and white chocolate. Almonds, hazelnuts, peanuts, macadamia, sultanas, coffee beans. 
Enrobed chocolates - milk and dark chocolate. Fruits, ginger, apricots, prunes, orange peel. Cream centres - peppermint, coffee, strawberry and others. Nut clusters - almond, hazelnuts, peanut, macadamia.
