Creative with chocolate since 1857, Neuhaus lays the foundation of the praline and the chocolate box, known as the "ballotin". Today, the luxury pralines of the Group Neuhaus are sold in more than 50 countries through a network of 2000 sales outlets. 

Neuhaus is also a Belgian Royal Warrant Holder.


The Neuhaus brand is known for its important variety of high standard pralines, such as the "Caprice" and "Tentation" as well as for its always-renewed creativity in seasonal chocolates. Within this range you'll find also the chocolate bars, tablets and other confectionery products.

Neuhaus has always defended its leading position within the luxury praline segment on the strength of its unstinting efforts to achieve exclusive quality.

When producing these first-class pralines, freshness is of prime importance. The production process therefore requires ingredients to be selected with extreme care. This means that only the best coating chocolate and high quality raw materials are used in production. The roasting procedure for almonds and hazelnuts and the nougat refining process are among the specialised skills of Neuhaus. Each praline is a refined composition of fine and mostly old traditional recipes, which are kept strictly secret and only known to the Maître Chocolatier.

Constant controls guarantee consistent quality. More than 100 years of experience guarantee that these works of art in chocolate will remain absolutely unique.

The range of pralines includes more than 80 varieties with a huge and very diverse range of fillings and compositions, such as crème fraîche, made of light, fresh cream, slightly sweetened or refined with chocolate, or ganache, a mixture of chocolate, cream or fine butter, and hand-made crisp pralines made of sugar and burnt almonds.

Other varieties include praliné, made of the finest sugar mixed with selected nuts, delicate truffles rolled in dark cocoa powder, chocolate or almond flakes, or the gianduja, a creamy, high-percentage composition made of chocolate and almonds.
