Sensoric
Customized Sensors, Electronics and Mechanics, Design and Manufacturing of individual solutions for sensing electronics and mechanics from a single source. Using innovative technologies in cooperation with the customer.
Valves
Various types of construction, e. g. flap, ball and seat valves, high- and low-pressure valves, control valves, (e.g. temperature control valve), solenoid valves, pilot valves, stop valves, pressure-relief valves and checkvalves as well as pressure-regulating valves to control fluids and gases (oil, fuel, water, air, oxygen). Fuel valves manual or including electromechanical actuators (bleed, water separation and drain valves) and fire shut-off valves, e.g. for Tiger and NH90-helicopter, APU pressure valves, drain valves and fuel shut-off valves, pre-controlled 3/2-way solenoid valves.
Actuators
Electro-mechanical actuators for rotary and linear movement. Prolonging of the lifetime by integrating modern sensoric and power devices.
Electronics and Sensors
Self-made solution, e. g. radar altimeter remote indicator for helicopter low-level-flight during night, level indicators for fuel systems, or in combination and addition to other components and systems, e.g. sensor controlled bleed valves for hydraulic systems, touchless actuators, or SMART actuators.
Hydraulic systems
Hydraulic reservoirs e.g. for Alpha Jet, Tornado, IA63 and Jet Ranger, manual hydraulic pump for Airbus A318, A319, A320, A321, oilcooler, pressure reservoirs (e. g. for DO228, Alpha-Jet, IA63, Tiger), flap actuators (e. g. for F-4 Phantom auxiliary air intake and spoiler), as well as complete supply units.
Components for fuel, oxygen, water and hydraulic systems. Electro-mechanical actuators with integrated sensoric and optimized light weight design. Cooperation with companies in national and international development projects.
Key technologies:
Use of plastics in valves and actuators. Integration of sensors and electronic in rotary and linear actuators and valves. Sensor development and manufacturing on site.
