The demanded quality characteristics are ensured for the whole manufacturing process including coordination within our partnerships for special processes.
Aircraft approvals, especially in surface technology, are fulfilled.
Mechanical machining
New technology:
Cost-reduced titanium machining by special treatment of titanium after cutting.
The titanium gets no change of its original properties.
Surface technology
Material: Fe Metal-ceramic coating
New technology:
The process is based on a change of atoms at the surface of metals in friction.
The magnesium-silicate contained in the technology-gel is crushed by friction of metal points.The energy released by this process causes a chemical reaction of the magnesium-silicate and the metal surface.
The atoms of the mg-silicate are replaced by the Fe-atoms.
Consequently iron and silicium coalesce to ferro-silicate and build a metal-ceramic coating.
ADVANTAGES: visible reduction of friction, vibration and running noise intake process of new plants/motors is shortened fuel reduction up to 30 per cent emergency operation properties under total loss of oil !!
