Manufacturing of high-precision parts and components for aviation, electronics, optics, defense engineering, medical technics and aircraft construction including surface-finishing.
The service is CAD design capacity for customers formulation in the area of the aeroplane interiors galleys and lavatories.
We produce according to customers drawings: cockpit inserts, working plates, fillers and other components which are relevant for security;
housings for targeting optics and cameras etc. and prototype parts for large-capacity aircraft AIRBUS A380.
The range of the company reaches from mechanical engineering, plant construction, device engineering and assembling up to design and CNC-programming.
Further production proceedings are flat grinding, drilling, honing, lapping, polishing, broaching, eroding, NC-engraving and rumbling.
The manufacturing process is continuously supervised from the receipt of goods followed by CNC-processing and ending in the final check by means of measuring technique of the latest generation in a full air-conditioned factory.
Cloessner is certificated according to DIN EN ISO 9001/2000 by Dasa-Zert ensuring highest and continuously quality and security requirements.
High precision CNC manufacturing on latest generation 5-axis highspeed milling-machines with multiple palett-changers, on machining-centres for workpieces up to 3500 x 1000 x 750 mm, on CNC duplex-head turning-machines with C-axis and motor-driven tools for complete-finishing and on CNC turning-machines for workpieces up to diameter 680 mm by 1500 mm length. Almost every material is workable.
