High Performance Composite Technique
Development, Design and production of high-performance composite components for aerospace-, transportation-industry and medical equipment. Materials as CFRP, GFRP and Aramid are processed using state-of-the-art production facilities.
Advanced production techniques are applied, as:
- CFRP pressure intensifier pads forming technique for stringer-reinforced panels, as for skins of landing flaps, elevators and rudder units.
- Aluminium "module" technique for integrating ribs, stringers in components with undercuts.
- Elastomeric tooling for polymer components made from low viscosity, hightemperature resin systems.
- Tape winding technique for the production of symmetrical hollow parts, with round, oval, flat or polygon cross-sections.
- RTM technology for high complex structure parts up to 4m length.
