The aim of the company is the strengthening of the biotechnological industry in the State of Saxony-Anhalt and participation in the Biocluster Central Germany. The main tasks are coordination and implementation of the State’s biotechnology initiative, the acquisition of new biotech companies and the support of existing biotech companies as well as the development and implementation of a marketing concept concerning the biotechnology of the region.
