Since foundation in 1987 H&S Anlagentechnik GmbH was establishing intensive and successful cooperation with polyurethane processing industry. H&S has developed equipment and methods for storing of polyol, isocyanate, pentane and other blowing agents; dosing and blending units for continuous mixing of polyol with additives, as well as equipment for individual polyol systems formulating. Customers' benefits are: higher efficiency and safety in polyurethane processing from the moment of raw material delivery up to the processing stage. H&S has obtained a new scope of activity through the new solutions promotion in chemical recycling of PU and PET waste. This technology allows retaining from 20 % up to 50 % of needed system polyol. For the recycling technology H&S supplies not only equipment but chemical know-how as well for individual determination of specified product properties at one hand. The most important point while consultations and designing is customer's needs. All single and complex solutions from manufacturing up to assembling are being realized under customer order and request.
